??????? Transmission elements, e.g. safety related wiring, pipework, rods, safety ropes, chains, shall be designed so that failure shall not lead to a dangerous condition. In the event of failure or rupture, a category "0" or category "1" stop function shall be automatically initiated, as appropriate to be compatible with the design (see EN 60204-1, clause 9.2.2).
