本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于酒店對(duì)熱帶風(fēng)暴以上(包括熱帶風(fēng)暴)的各項(xiàng)工作安排,對(duì)熱帶低壓只作為一般的暴風(fēng)雨進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的預(yù)防工作。

預(yù)防臺(tái)風(fēng)/熱帶風(fēng)暴職責(zé)

由酒店總經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)酒店在臺(tái)風(fēng)/熱帶風(fēng)暴期間對(duì)酒店各部門(mén)的全面調(diào)度工作,行使預(yù)防、搶險(xiǎn)工作的組織、協(xié)調(diào)職能。

每年預(yù)防臺(tái)風(fēng)的時(shí)間,根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)貧庀缶纸y(tǒng)計(jì),從每年6月10日起至10月30日止。區(qū)防汛辦值班電話(huà):5722151;區(qū)建設(shè)局值班電話(huà):5722244。省氣象局(電話(huà):65335534)保持聯(lián)系,及時(shí)對(duì)臺(tái)風(fēng)、雷雨動(dòng)向報(bào)告給防臺(tái)風(fēng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組。

保安部在臺(tái)風(fēng)季節(jié)來(lái)臨前需準(zhǔn)備適量的防風(fēng)物資以備緊急臨時(shí)使用。各部門(mén)根據(jù)本部門(mén)的預(yù)防需要提出相應(yīng)的預(yù)防物資準(zhǔn)備報(bào)告,并交由保安部匯總后,根據(jù)實(shí)際情況購(gòu)置相應(yīng)的編織袋(裝沙用)、封口膠、雨衣、雨靴、安全帽、應(yīng)急燈/手電、鋤頭、鏟等防護(hù)用品,做到有備無(wú)患。

當(dāng)接到熱帶風(fēng)暴信號(hào)時(shí),無(wú)論是正常經(jīng)營(yíng)還是節(jié)假日休息期間,總經(jīng)辦將召集酒店管理人員趕赴酒店進(jìn)行檢查,落實(shí)防臺(tái)風(fēng)工作,布置現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)急措施,組織搶險(xiǎn)應(yīng)急隊(duì)伍,并安排有關(guān)人員值班。

如臺(tái)風(fēng)期間出現(xiàn)缺水?dāng)嚯姷那闆r,立即投入到搶修供水供電的戰(zhàn)斗中;在檢修、排除故障時(shí),對(duì)檢修區(qū)域內(nèi)所有可移動(dòng)的設(shè)備材料、工具、器械等進(jìn)行加固,防止被風(fēng)刮倒、摔壞或被雨水沖走。
